Nicole is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetic Educator, and New York and Connecticut Certified Dietitian Nutritionist. She has extensive experience working with everything from pediatrics to geriatrics, providing nutrition intervention in weight loss, diabetes, eating disorders, pregnancy and lactation, hypertension, elevated cholesterol and triglycerides, food allergies, gastrointestinal disorders (IBS, celiac disease, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis) and sports nutrition. Her greatest satisfaction is seeing her clients succeed and reach their goals. She has worked at multiple private nutrition practices in Manhattan and ran the Medically Supervised Weight Management program at Mount Sinai Hospital prior to relocating to Fairfield County, CT.

Holly is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) in Connecticut. She is passionate about helping others reach their health goals along with establishing a healthy balance with all foods. Holly practices with a non-diet and weight-inclusive approach and enjoys counseling clients on the benefits of eating intuitively. Her special focus areas include eating disorders, all types of diabetes, body image and weight concerns, cardiovascular disease, and pre and postnatal nutrition. She has worked in private practice and for large hospital organizations in Manhattan, and currently also works in Pediatrics at Yale NH Hospital. Holly approaches all sessions with a warm, supportive, and positive attitude and enjoys showing others how to find a healthy relationship with food.
On a personal note, Holly has been living with Type 1 Diabetes since she was 11 years old. She enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and speaking in the community.

Chrissy Silva is a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Dietitian Nutritionist licensed in Connecticut. Chrissy became a Registered Dietitian after a successful career in the energy trading field. She decided to combine her passions of food and helping others. Educating clients to improve the quality of their lives through healthier life choices is the ultimate goal. Prior to joining NutriGreene, Chrissy worked in long-term care, and private practice, and is currently working inpatient at Norwalk Hospital. She has experience counseling a variety of conditions, such as weight management, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, sports nutrition, pre/postnatal, postmenopausal, and general wellness. Chrissy listens to her clients to make realistic, attainable, personalized goals. Her philosophy is rooted in her belief that healthy eating truly is the best medicine.

Mackenzie Gordon is a Registered Dietitian and Connecticut and Massachusetts Certified Dietitian Nutritionist. She has experience providing nutrition counseling for food allergies, celiac disease, weight management, diabetes, hypertension, elevated cholesterol, and triglycerides, eating disorders, and sports nutrition. She is currently the on-campus dietitian at Fairfield University. Additionally, she has worked at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital in Boston, in multiple areas including cardiac rehabilitation. Mackenzie enjoys helping people develop healthy relationships with food, and focusing on positive lifestyle changes. She uses real foods as a recipe for change, teaching the importance of getting back to the basics of preparation and the enjoyment of cooking nutritious food.

Sarah McDougal

Sarah McDougal is a registered dietitian with a passion for health and wellness. Sarah graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Science in nutrition and dietetics and completed her dietetic internship at New York Presbyterian Hospital. Sarah is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is a member of the Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine and Behavioral Health Nutrition dietetic practice groups. Sarah recently obtained the certificate of training in Obesity and Weight Management through the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
Sarah is passionate about the power of nutrition for health promotion and disease management or prevention. Sarah helps people use nutrition to optimize their health and well-being. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to health and wellness, and Sarah understands the importance of customizing and personalizing nutrition plans for each person. Sarah’s goal is to make eating well stress-free, enjoyable and sustainable.
Sarah also teaches a nutrition course at the University of New Haven to dietetic students. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her three children, cooking, baking pies or getting outside for some fresh air and exercise!

Jennifer is a Registered Dietitian. She has completed the certificate of training in Adult Weight Management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Jennifer is passionate about helping others create a positive connection between the foods they eat and a healthy lifestyle. Jennifer has experience with weight management, GI disorders, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and chronic kidney disease.
Prior to joining Nutrigreene, Jennifer worked at the Department of Veterans Affairs as an outpatient dietitian. Jennifer has experience in participating in studies and was a participant in two publications in both Federal Practitioner and the American Journal of Medication. She is currently working and helping patients on dialysis. Her philosophy is that all foods can help support healthy lifestyle goals and maintain family values and traditions.
