Lisa is a Registered Dietitian and New York Certified Dietitian Nutritionist, with extensive experience providing nutrition counseling for weight management, pre-diabetes, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, celiac disease, food allergies, and gastrointestinal disorders. Prior to her work in private practice, Lisa served as a clinical dietitian at Mount Sinai Hospital. She brings a “foodie” sensibility to her counseling, embracing the idea that enjoying food is a vital part of living life to the fullest. Lisa believes that the best eating plans not only promote health but also enhance life by balancing nutrient-dense choices with the pleasure food brings.
