Elizabeth Roth is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with over 15 years of experience providing personalized nutrition counseling to individuals of all ages and across a wide range of health conditions. Her professional background spans long-term care, outpatient settings, and primary care, where she has
served as a dedicated Diabetes Specialist.


Elizabeth has extensive expertise in supporting patients with chronic conditions, including diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and weight management. She also works closely with individuals and families navigating gastrointestinal and kidney disorders, pregnancy and lactation, pediatric nutrition, and disordered eating. Her approach focuses on helping patients build sustainable habits and develop a positive, balanced relationship with food that fits seamlessly into their daily lives.


As a proud member of the NutriGreene team, Elizabeth is committed to making high-quality nutrition counseling more accessible through collaborative partnerships with insurance providers. She delivers compassionate, nonjudgmental, and holistic care, taking the time to truly understand each patient’s unique needs, challenges, and goals.

 

As a mother of three boys, Elizabeth brings both professional expertise and personal insight into the realities of balancing busy lives while prioritizing health. She empowers her patients to make meaningful, lasting changes through education, practical strategies, and realistic, sustainable lifestyle shifts.
