Holly is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) in Connecticut. She is passionate about helping others reach their health goals along with establishing a healthy balance with all foods. Holly practices with a non-diet and weight-inclusive approach and enjoys counseling clients on the benefits of eating intuitively. Holly is trained in counseling using evidence-based scientific principles, along with providing reasonable goals with the philosophy that all foods can be part of a healthy diet. Holly’s special focus areas include all types of eating disorders and disordered eating challenges, body image and weight concerns, all types of diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and pre and postnatal nutrition. She has worked in private practice and for large hospital organizations in Manhattan, and currently also works in pediatrics at Yale New Haven Hospital. Holly approaches all sessions with a warm, supportive, and positive attitude and enjoys showing others how to improve their relationship with food.
Holly lives with her husband and 2 boys and enjoys staying active, relaxing by the beach, and baking. On a personal note, Holly has been living with Type 1 Diabetes since she was 11 years old. She enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and speaking in the community.
