Wendy is a highly experienced Registered Dietitian (RD) and Certified Dietitian Nutritionist in Connecticut (CDN), with over 35 years of expertise in the field. She holds a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and has additional training in Functional and Integrative Nutrition, allowing her to take a root-cause approach to wellness.
Wendy specializes in diabetes management, high cholesterol, weight management, including changes related to menopause and additional support while taking GLP-1 medications. Additionally she works with gastrointestinal conditions such as SIBO and IBS. She takes a personalized approach, meeting you where you are and helping you set sustainable goals with practical meal planning strategies to support your health journey.
